- Prepare daily food order by menu by menu and well organized by company standardized.
- Requisition for raw materials and monitor ingredients for quality control purposes.
- Follow health and safety standards and strive for constant improvement to avoid health and injury hazards.

• Secondary School and above or certificate in field of related
• Experience in F&B at least 1 years or well-knowledge of product in kitchen.
• Able to work on shifts and be flexible regarding work.
• Should be can stand long periods.
• Good attitude, smile, friendly, polite.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Can communicate in English or Chinese is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, well organized and willing to learn good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time while performing duties.
• Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment.
