Job Description
• Provide excellent service to guests whom approach to the Membership counter. Assisting and encouraging new players or guests to join membership.
• Gathering daily feedback from Mass Market Guests on their impressions of the Mass Market products, promotions and reporting back to management. Monitoring the spending and preferences of Mass Market Guest in Praise Club & Gift Gallery Counter, to tailor a marketing campaign or promotions in an effort to encourage return visits by the guest.
• Being familiar with all upcoming events and promotions related to the mass market and assisting the guests on queries about the subject.
• Being familiar with all table games and slot machines in Praise Club and assisting the guests on queries about the games in Praise Club.
• Provide attentive service to all of customer, flexible and skillful handling of customer requests and complaints.
• Ensure all process and procedure are consistent with the company’s standards.
• Ensure member information is entered into the system accurately in order to develop future market strategies.
• Report customer feedback and complaints to Executive for immediate follow up action.
• Ensure good internal communication, cooperation and team spirit.
• Ensure all redemption transactions made for each member are accurate.
• During the membership related device or system fails, immediately notify to Executive to handle it.
• Punctual to attend daily briefing and necessary training.
• Attending scheduled training delivered by superior and completing assignments and other assessment tasks set by them.
• Demonstrate initiative and drive in a quest to learn from their training and to the best of their ability to develop and work towards achieving the equipped knowledge.
• Standard dress-up, personal hygiene, uniforms, instrumentation and personal integrity should be maintaining.
• Comply with all rules and regulations of the company’s employees code.
• Accept any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Management.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
