Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
1. Responsible for talent acquisition activities across the organization, including fast-moving rank & file roles, interns, and strategic management positions.
2. To proactively seek new ways and sourcing methodologies to build talent pipeline
3. Facilitate the interview and selection process utilizing the appropriate templates, including determining most appropriate interview questions to measure candidates’ skills as required.
4. Provide market insight to the business, such as competitive intelligence and research regarding compensation trends, how roles are evolving in the industry, factors impacting talent acquisition and retention.
5. Provide recruitment-related reports and analysis to drive sourcing strategy, campaign strategies and resourcing plans, and build pipelines for current and future hiring demands.
6. Assist in job description content writing, compiling and reviewing, filing and keep updated, if new position sits in, acquire new job description (JD) for those position from the respective hiring department.
7. Nurture close working relationships with hiring managers through the vacancy lifecycle including thorough briefing calls and weekly updates.
8. Take part in forming and maintaining positive image of the Company at the labor market
9. Revise and design induction programs to facilitate successful onboarding for new employees.
10. Ability to work independently under minimal supervision and perform effectively with variable workloads and priorities to deliver results within the deadlines.
11. Lead employer branding initiatives.

HR Management:
1. Provide HR advisory and support in all aspects of the assigned business functions, including performance management, talent management, employee relations, compensation, manpower planning and training.
2. Oversee and support monthly reporting, keep management updated about latest reports.
3. Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them.
4. Implementation and monitoring of HR process flow from time to time.
5. Review and update employee handbook, organization chart regularly.
6. Cross check and ensure the accuracy on monthly payroll.
7. Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
8. Take lead in arranging departmental annual performance appraisal and maintaining employees’ performance by coaching, counselling, and provide guidance to employees.
9. Conduct investigations/Domestic Inquiries and handling grievances where necessary.
10. Monitor and ensure issuance / renewal / cancellation of Visa and Work Permits for Expatriate staff and liaise with Malaysian Immigration Departments and other required Administration accordingly.
11. Coordinate staff welfare activities such as festival lunch or dinner, team building events.
12. Conduct survey such as Employee’s Satisfaction & Engagement Survey, training survey and other related.
13. Responsible for annual budgeting, forecast for staff cost and headcount, and reports (such as costing report, turnover report, payroll report, engagement report, and other report).
14. Survey for yearly benchmarking of all HR-related matter.
15. Provide guidance and training to junior-level HR staff.
16. Ad-hoc task assigned by Senior HR Manager and Management from time to time.
