Job Description
Main Duties:
• Manage, lead and oversee day-to-day business activities
• Improve overall business departments including but not limited to Sale
& Marketing, Operation, Finance & Accounting and Human Resource
with a willingness to deliver the best customer service, maximize
operational
efficiency and increase sales revenue.
• Innovate the effectiveness of sale & marketing strategy to achieve
revenue growth and maintain competitive advantage.
• Plan and implement effective short and long term business plans and
goals, and ensure efficient allocation of both financial and non-financial
resources.
• Develop, analyze and manage budget and other financial planning to
deliver financial results.
• Plan, manage and follow-up various projects with management
proficiency & cost-saving mindset.
• Formulate and update regularly policies, procedures, work forms,
reports, workflows, SOPs and sustain compliance to deliver efficiently
performance.
• Seek out business opportunities for expansion and growth.
• Build leaders amongst leaders to sustain rapport relationships with
clients and stakeholders.
• Recruit, train, coach, evaluate, retain and motivate the team to deliver
the best
performance & productivity.
• Generate reports, do presentations and perform other tasks assigned
by CEO;
Requirements:
• Degree in business management or Master Degree in Business
Administration, or other related fields
• Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role
• Experiences in planning and budgeting and Good Knowledge of
different business functions
• Strong organization and leadership skills and excellent communication
skills
• Flexibility and ability to work on multiple projects and under pressure.
• Outstanding in facilitation and problem solving, and adapting to the
diverse working environment.
• Proficient in computer literacy and in English (written, verbal
communication and presentation skills.)
• A strong commitment, honesty and integrity, and fast learner;
