REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in any related field
• Must be able to understand, speak, read and write English to a good standard. Other language skills are welcome
• Desire to improve and grow business skills
• Can use Microsoft Word Excel, PowerPoint (Good at formatting)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Receptionist’s responsibilities are:
I. Answer the telephone and transfer the caller to the appropriate staff member
II. Meet and greet clients and visitors
III. Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office
IV. Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, mailing, and filing
V. Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences
VI. Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
VII. General administrative and clerical support
VIII. Prepare letters and documents
IX. Monitor the use of supplies and equipment and maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies
X. Schedule appointments
XI. Tidy and maintain the reception area
XII. Assist other staff members as requested
XIII. Other duties as assigned by manager
