Job Description
• Make a cold calling to targeted clients (project) and have a face to face meeting
• Understand clients’ needs and requirements, and provide total solutions
• Build strong relationship with customers or owners and constructors
• Develop business strategies to close business deals with key clients.
• Follow up and update key clients on project progresses, and provide total solutions in timely manner.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Continuously improve through feedback
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Be able to do the quotation and SO accurately without delay.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Prepare daily and weekly sale plan and sale report for managerial level.
• Other tasks as assigned by the management.
