Job Description
The SOHO Diversified Group of Companies ("SOHO") is a group of Cambodia-based private limited liability companies with investments in the food, distribution, and services industries. Through its fully-owned enterprises and joint ventures. The group develops partnerships through franchises, joint ventures, and exclusive distribution agreements with brands worldwide. SOHO Diversified Group is seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of Assistant Operations and Marketing.

- Acting as second-in-command to the Operations Director, and taking care of all duties in their absence.
- Scheduling meetings sessions as required.
- Promptly answering the questions of staff.
- Preparing and filing forms and general office duties.
- Analyzing all operations and forwarding suggestions for improvement to the Director.
- Supporting the operations director with the enforcement of company policies and standards.
- Performing administrative duties including answering phones, scheduling appointments, etc.
- Tracking daily operations and reporting or resolving issues.
- Assist and prepare retail weekly sale reports for management.
- Assist the Operation Director on new store planning, store closing plan.
- The key person that will be in touch with the mall, supplier, and contractor.
- Support marketing executives in organizing various projects.
- Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success.
- Creating marketing materials such as white papers, case studies, and presentations.
- Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts.
- Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.
- Helping identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation.
Giving presentations.

- Recent graduate from University.
- Good communication in English proficiency.
- Good analytical and organizational skills.
- Good communication and listening skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Positive, engaging personality and professional appearance.
- Strong task and time management abilities.
