Job description

Responsibilities

Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions
Review , make recommendations and implement changes to HR policies and regulatory matters
Provide administrative and operational support, administration duties like postal, dispatch arrangements, receiving of walk-ins visitors, phone calls
Support in procurement of office supplies, stationeries & preparation/checking of claims
Ensure business processes and documentations etc. are in compliance with Government standards and regulations
Maintain proper filing and records

Qualifications
Min 4 years of hands on experiences for full spectrum of HR function work
Proficient in MS Office application (i.e. Words, Excel, Power-point) is a must
Possess the right adtitude and able to communicate and work closely with inter departments, including the department heads and management
Diploma or above, good communication skill, Chinese is a must.
