Job description

General Responsibilities:
• Maintain and develop good relationship with both local and oversee partners, agents or customers in person and via telephone calls and emails
• Prepare quotations for partners or customers
• Act as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets
• Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales
• Gather market and customer information
• Negotiate on price, costs, and specifications with buyers and managers
• Challenge any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy
• Advise on forthcoming tours package development and discussing special promotions
• Review sales performance aiming to meet or exceed targets
• Gain a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements
• Make accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations
• Arrange the group tours in order to satisfy our clients and business partners
• Develop tours products and new business partners
• Coordinate the client’s payment process
• Handle bookings and invoice
• Strong negotiation and convince to customers.
• Do marketing research and plan plus marketing strategy.
• To creative with positive attitude to achieve sales target.
• High commitment to deliver the company result.
Qualifications:
• Distinctive service and customer orientation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks and adjust priorities within
• Knowledge of industry standards of multi – vendor collaboration tools suites
• Strong organization, communication, report writing, decision-making, and good interpersonal skills
• Research and development skills
• Demonstrate ability to work independently, trustworthily, and collaboratively
• High level of confidentiality required
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in the related position
• Bachelor's Degree of Tourism
• Good English, Chinese is pluses
