• Ensure the project operates smoothly from various perspectives, especially USER EXPERIENCES.
• Develop operation structure and flow including User & Listing Approval, User Report
• Continuously optimize Categories & Listings to ensure it fits with the user’s usage
• Work on various reports to deliver business insight supporting the business direction
• users analytics or surveys, optimize the content and functions of the app
• keep the user active
• Supervise the daily operation and standardize the operation process;
Requirement
• E-commerce, Web, or Application Operation experience is a plus
• English and Khmer language proficiency
• Project Management
• Demonstrate initiative, commitment, responsibility, and leadership
