1) To monitor, control and organize all on-site staff and to be responsible for the actions of such staff in addition to ensuring that staff rosters and all holidays are adequately covered.

2) To regularly inspect the property.

3) To liaise with the M&E technicians regularly to ensure sufficient service staff is maintained at all times.

4) To monitor and control Purchase Order (PO), Work Orders (WO) and Purchase Requisition Forms (PR) generated in respect of the technical management of the property and monitor on cost and expenditure for repair and maintenance.

5) To be available on call 24 hours a day in case of an emergency incident.
